2. How to Buy Outside the USA Ice-O-Matic sells equipment and parts (including warranty parts) through distributors and dealers. 3. How to Determine if your Machine is Under Warranty Ice-O-Matic provides an online warranty status that can be accessed here. To review our warranty statement for specific coverage, please click here. Please note that proof of installation by a refrigeration technician may be required for service.
4. How to Get Commercial Service Inside the United States If your machine is still within the warranty period and you require service, please contact the service provider directly. A list of our service providers can be found here on our Find A Service Tech finder page. If we do not have a recommended servicer in your area, please contact a local refrigeration company for support. They will be reimbursed under the warranty guidelines through the distributor in your area. Service companies may require a credit card to cover charges which are billed under warranty. These may include installation issues or adjustments, units installed outdoors, trip charges for cancelled appointments, or travel time ouside the 30 minute contribution from Ice-O-Matic. 5. How to Get Commercial Service Inside Canada Service in Canada is supported through our provincial distributors. To find contact information, please click here and select the International button on the distributor finder and select Canada to get the list of our provincial distributors. A Product Support Fee must have been paid at time of purchase if purchased from a U.S. dealer.

How to Get Commercial Service Outside the United States & Canada To find contact information, please select the International button on the distributor finder here and select your country to get the contact information for the appropriate distributor. A Product Support Fee must have been paid at time of purchase if purchased from a U.S. dealer.
7. How to Get Residential Service Inside the United States Ice-O-Matic provides a one year parts and labor warranty for commercial machines that have been installed in a residence and requires proof of installation by a certified refrigeration technician for warranty support. The Ice-O-Matic commercial service network is generally unable to service machines located in a residence due to state requirements. For those customers who have a residential installation, Ice-O-Matic provides reimbursement directly to the end user. Please make an appointment with your local appliance repair person and submit the invoice including service details and the machine serial number to warranty.support@iceomatic.com for payment.

Ice-O-Matic will approve work by any HVACR service provider appropriately certified by your state. Please note that plumbers and electricians are generally not certified for refrigeration handling.

9. How to Handle Freight Damage Customers with freight damage need to contact the dealer or distributor who billed the product for support.
10. Machine Registration Issues Ice machines may be registered by using this link. If your machine has been manufactured over 180 days ago and it will not accept your installation date, please follow the following steps: 1.) Complete the registration using the default date on the registration. 2.) Email proof of installation or proof of purchase with the serial number of the machine to warranty.support@iceomatic.com. 3.) Ice-O-Matic will update the registration to the actual installation date as long as the date is within 72 months of the date of manufacture.
