Food prep causes ice machines to require more frequent cleanings, and the one-touch cleaning process of the Elevation Series makes this process simpler and easier than ever before. The evaporator is sealed away from the dishwasher-safe Food Zone which keeps the ice wholesome and clean for a healthy kitchen and happy students.
